Easy to follow website, but would need better quality pictures about items though. Very overpriced: price does not match the quality of service. (The bouquet I ordered for my mum's birthday was delivered at 7 PM, even though time frame was 10 AM. Problem was not that they did not deliver at 10 AM sharp. Problem was that me and my boyfriend both wrote seperate e-mails to ask about estimated delivery/tracking. (Have not received tracking ID, so could not follow the order.) We did not get any answer all day, leaving us in uncertainty. So basically the only thing I could do was to pray that it would arrive sometime. I only knew that my gift was delivered because my mum called me to thank me for it. Moreover, the local florist called the receiver(my mum) at noon that 'a package would be delivered between 7 and 8.' The woman on the phone even told my mum that she was calling from a flower shop. This is very amateur organisation and service. Basically the magic of surprise was busted when they called my mum who should not supposed to know about the birthday gift until the last minute. I do think that I did not get the service I paid for, because of the poor organisation and absolutely no communication with customers. For 120 euros man would like to have at least an answer throughout the day. I am not satisfied about how things were carried out, however I am very satisfied with the quality of the bouquet and flowers were fresh and stunning. The chocolate was a huge artistry chocolate from a Hungarian manufacturer, which was also satisfying. Overall, website is fine, easy payment, but very overpriced service because of unproffessionalism and poor customer care. Would like to buy from you again in case of lower prices.
